Instapot steel cut oats

1 apple chopped
1 cup steel cut oats
2 cups filtered water
1 cup coconut milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cardamom

Place everything in instapot. Lock on the lid and close the vent. Set to pressure cook for 4 minutes. Once done hit cancel and let naturally vent for 5 minutes. Manually vent, stir, and then serve. Top with maple syrup, honey, or brown sugar.
